Yet, in System Preferences, the NVIDIA CUDA Driver Pane is Present and when Opened showed that I was still on 8.0.71. I was on CUDA Driver 8.0.71 here, as well and the Driver worked months ago before moving to TBar's OpenCL App that I'm on now. After the reboot, I noticed in BOINC's Event Log that CUDA was NOT Present. Had to reboot the Mac Pro today due to some odd behavior with my built-in WiFi card. (The Hackintosh was Updated to CUDA Driver 8.0.71 on El Capitan 10.11.6.) I've ALWAYS had the CUDA Driver installed going back even to my old Hackintosh. (As well as OpenCL being 'Deprecated'.)įor High Sierra, CUDA is STILL an available option for NVIDIA Cards with the NVIDIA CUDA Driver. I know that this has been discussed for Mojave - Apple is killing CUDA Support.
